How do I get a "Red Card"?

It's easy here at Medical Alternatives Clinic.

1. Call now 719-246-0393 or request an appointment online

2. We assist you with the State Application, including free on-site Notary

3. Dr. Reimers examines you

4. Get your application notarized here in our office

5. Send application and other State required documentation such as a copy of your Colorado Drivers license or I.D. along with the fee charged by the State (currently $35.00).

2. What documentation does the State require?
	The State requires proof of Colorado Residency. If you don't have a Colorado drivers License or State issued I.D. you will need to provide 2 forms of documentation such as a utility bill in your name and a bank statement, etc. in your name to your local Colorado address.

1.	What are office hours and locations?
	We see patients at our Pueblo Location Wedneday afternoon starting at 12:00. We see Colorado Springs patients weekdays and occasional Saturdays starting at 10:00

3.	What is the Doctor Exam Fee?
	We consistently charge the lowest fee for a Doctor MMJ exam. Please call or email us for current pricing
